Ok. If you go into the printer settings and hit test on the hostname/ip line does it pass? Im guessing it wont. If it doesnt verify the info and make sure it passes before moving on. If the printer was offline for a bit its possible it got a new ip.

How would I reset or go to default settings? I dont see a button for that.

Hi. i would just make a new copy of the system profile you were using.

Yeah, the problem was that printer IP was changed somehow and was not matching the original one i had on orca.

If its auto assigned via DCHP from the router that can happen.

Hi. Did you reboot your computer after this started happening? If not, i would start there. If you did i would reinstall the app.

Hi I have a problem with my ender 3 printer every time when I start to print the screen will switch to moun and setting then it will pause and I can’t control the display no longer. When I turn off my printer and print again the problem is still there.this happen when I ungraded my software.

Hi. What firmware did you go to and have you tried to push another version yet?

@@3DPrintscape The Firmware i use is Ender-3Marlin2.0.6HW4.2.2 to fix my blue screen issue.After that my printer screen will switch setting and menu and then stop printing and I can't control is display.

@@3DPrintscape After I use your site is Creality 4.2.2 (RCT6 - 256k) It can't auto home the Z axie and after i click auto home i can't control my screen. Also my ender 3 change its name to ender 3 pro.
