This rain has been nonstop! I’m done with it. I need a little sunshine in my life. I want a starburst Vanda. So pretty. It has my favorite tones. I’ve been treating with physan since the water spout tornado that crossed through my property. It’s been soaking wet in my garden for days. Love that coffee mug. It’s very you. I need to get that sprayer you use for the Vandas under my trees. I still use the 2 gallon sprayer in my greenhouse and terrace for less overspray and more direct control.

Hello Blanca it’s a benediction to have rain ! I’am in south of France the weather is awful since 2 months 45 degrees Celsius in June and no rain since March! It’s so hot and dry here with a wind coming from North Africa so it’s a lot of watering and spraying several times by day,We dream about rain here ! Lots of rain up here in northeast Broward County. At least it did begin to subside around 5 yesterday. Thanks for your video - I am planning on using Physan on my collection in a little while. You might want to let your viewers who grow roses know that Physan can also be used on roses for black spot.

I highly recommend you to mounted this phalaenopsis if you want keep them alive ! At a point in a pot you will get roots moisture! And they really love to be mounted ! 🙏🙏🌸🌸🌴🌴

Read your comment. Are you growing in south Florida? I'd love more info as to how you are growing mounted phals. I have been trying them on cork, but find that they tend to dry out for me. Any suggestions?

I don’t generally grow my orchids outdoors because it is cooler during the beginning of the summer in upstate ny but I have put out some of my high light orchids outside to see if they’ll like it I have found fungus in my phals that I potted but I will be soaking their roots in physan 20 before potting them up

I had just sprayed mine on Thursday thankfully. Because of the winds I brought them in the house. I left a few in the screened room because I was bloody tired. Now I can pressure clean the floor and all will be good. I hope you are safe and the orchid’s too. Take care and enjoy your new additions. We got lucky this time. In Sarasota we had constant LIGHT rain all day yesterday but nothing last night and today👍. Although we need the rain😩. I am spraying some Physan 20 today😘

Good Day. I know how we all feel about our orchids that we all grow, however we have to remember where they really grow. And where they grow they may have monsoon rains. And we tend to baby them. In nature they may have rain longer then 24 hrs. We need to start to learn to give them as much as natural environment then we do. Just a suggestion.

Yessssss I agree 💚 I hear so many horror stories and I get scared lol. The ones on my palms I don’t worry about them as much it’s the ones in my orchid section. I feel since they are in there fungus might start with so much rain. Let’s see right now it’s pouring again. Thanks for the reminder 💚 makes me feel better
