do u place ur order with the original site or the US version of ecuagenera? how long did it take from ordering for them to arrive?

Thanks for the question! I order from the original site. Usually the US plants are either never in stock or marked up in price. For this order, I ordered mid October and received it late October. I think they usually ship at the end of the month as that has been the trend for the last few times I've ordered without picking it up myself at a show.

@@PleurothalliDan ooo that makes sense. Im scared to buy from them .. maybe Ill wait for them to come to San Francisco in the February orchid expo. I thought about creating a channel but... dont know what I would say just.. noticing new roots here n there. I guess its not bad to start a channel for my own documentation sake huh. Love your videos, keep them coming :)

I was also pretty worried first time I ordered. Online reviews seem to be very mixed. I will say, my experiences have mostly been positive though. Glad you enjoy the videos!

Because I have no self control and placed another order in November, I can give you a better timeline now 🤣 Online order placed on Nov. 4 through their online website. I payed via paypal. Nov. 12, confirmation of payment receipt and order. Shipping eta, week of Nov 19.

i gave up on restrepias. they did nothing for me forever and are low reward... at least in my home. masdevallias love my house however

I have not kept too many Restrepias in the past, so I guess I'll have to wait and find out if they are also low reward in my conditions!
