Saw them opening for Hammerfall, never heard of them before but became an instant fan. To me it's part of the magic: they seem to have so much fun playing that you can't help but sing along. Hammerfall did an excellent show that day (they always do) but they were far more impressive. Twice I saw them since, they grew even more epic each time

Once every few years or so I accidentally stumble upon a band that impacts my life and burns its place in my brain and soul. The older I get, the more rare these occurrences are for me. These guys have been the best new band I have discovered in the last decade and I can’t put into words how underrated they are. A lot of power metal bands are guilty of a majority of their songs sounding the same, but these guys drop full album length journeys of epicness every time from start to finish. Thank you gentlemen.

@@blindg7092 You misunderstand. They are challenging us to try and name even a single bad Orden Ogan song, in an attempt to change their mind. There's an implication of "Go ahead and try, but come on, you'll never succeed". At best I could argue that "We're Pirates!" was in a strange place on the album and probably should have been a single but that isn't about the quality of the song, it just doesn't mesh with the other songs on the album it's from.

Take a listen to 'Riding the Storm' by Running Wild and you'll hear that We Are Pirates is pretty much the same song. Not a bad thing, it was done to show their love for the band, but I get what you mean it feels very out of place on Easton Hope.
