@@BlackGownlaw mam I need a help. In my case in CAT, lately found that (a) necessary & proper parties aren't added. Earlier 4 were added ,now 15/16 more to be added. (b) few essential prayers missing (c) New facts of the case has come up lately which are needed to determine the real controversy Ye 3 chiz ko OA me add krna chahata hu. 4 chances gaye hain. Respondents ne ek bhi jawab nhi file kiya. So it's now in pre trial condition. Can I go for order 6 rule 17, & amend the application? Agar nhi to kis tarike se in 3 chiz ,prayers, respondents, facts of the case, ko add kr paunga. Plz help me
