Too good information. Mam, Wife has filled judicial separation case in Jan 2020. I came to know from other sources about case filled by wife. I submitted w/s and counter claim of divorce in may 2021. Total 7 hearing done from the date of petition filled by wife and 3 hearing done after submitting my w/s & Counter claim. Wife never appeared in court. Can I get decree of divorce in my favour under Order 8 Rule 6E? Please advise. Please advise 🙏
