you should have put out the fire at the 3:03 mark, the 2S3M has an mechanized auto loader for the main artillery shells, meaning the gun will continue to load the round even if your crew is putting out a fire.

With aced crew the 2S3M has a reload of 13.3 seconds, thats only 3.3 seconds longer than the autoloaded Japanese Type 75 and actually faster than the reload of the aced Tiger II 105 reload, which is a much smaller shell. Damn Yuri and Ivan made some serious gains to reload a 152mm gun that fast! They added extra Creatine to the extra extra extra creatine in their Vodka!

2S3 has only one loader, but he's assisted by a mechanical rammer. All he's got to do is place the shell and propellant charge in a tray and the rammer shoves it into the barrel.
