Hey Rhea, greetings from Germany! I'm usually one of the silent watchers, who is not commenting, but i want to do that today, because i realized something. You are by far my favorite youtuber. I started watching your videos back when you were still living alone, working in your old job and having a long-distance relationship with James. Since than, i've always took time out of my busy days, slowed down and watched your videos, because they are so relaxing and comforting to me. Back when I started watching your videos, i was still in university, studying for my degree and single. As your life progressed, mine did too: i got my degree, found my first job and my boyfriend, who i am having a long-distance relationship with right now. I think it is fascinating, how my life right now is kinda similar to yours some years ago when i started watching your videos. And I hope it will stay like this in the future, because you live such a nice, quiet life happily together with your husband: i hope, my life will be similar to yours now in some years too. I've also always wanted to thank you for your videos and support you with your shop. I could never afford this back when i was at university. But now that i have my first job, i think i can soon finally order something from your shop and support you in the way I've always wanted to. Pre-packaged tteokbokki can be a bit sweet, it's not hard to make your own sauce if you can find gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste), which is better. If you use pre-packaged one and it's too sweet (sweetness is really depending on the brand), you can add some soy sauce to cut the sweetness. Also, I suggest you to put vegetables and rice cakes together then boil it so vegetables get cooked enough and rice cake doesn't get overcooked. In case if you guys want to try again. I thunk you put too much water for tteokbokki at first and then cooked it too long and it became so dry. You should put the sauce first then onions and put ramen at last because it cooks fast. Just letting you know. 😅
