Your body carried and gave birth to 3 lovely children and while it may not be the same as it was before you had babies, you are a lovely, kind, caring person and a wonderful mother. I'm 57 but I remember the days of crying babies, short nights, sick kids, and dirty diapers. You have what it takes to give your children a wonderful start to life. They will know they are loved.❤

Hi Rose. Meiha is a great big sister and daughter. You might be doing this already, but I slept when my babies slept and rested whenever I could, even if it was just a few minutes. I’m not trying to interfere, but I encourage you to do things that make you feel attractive. If it’s a light application of a lip color or grooming your brows, I don’t think it’s a bad thing. You’re an attractive lady, and you look lovely with or without makeup.

Rose, please be kind to yourself. As a mom that raised two sons (2 years apart in age), I can relate to your endless exhaustion and lack of self-esteem, but rest assured, this too shall pass. You may look in the mirror and not see the young woman you used to be before having children, but let me say (and I think everyone here can agree) you are a VERY beautiful young lady. As for skin breakouts, that frequently and unfortunately happens for women, especially during our periods, pregnancy, and overall stress. Whatever you do, do not squeeze any flare-ups, because that will rupture the follicles under your skin. Also, don't rest your face on your hands. Many of us do that without thinking, but our hands are the most oily and germy parts of our bodies, and we don't want to contaminate our facial skin. Do they sell Noxema skin cleansing cream there, and Cover Girl make-up products (made with Noxema)? I have used that all my life and trust me, it works wonders for the skin and helps prevent those oily breakouts. If you don't have access to it there, let me know and I will send you some when I make a box of goodies for your family. Also, don't think you cannot have that sexy body again. You can and you will! You are young enough and your belly still has enough elastin that with tummy-tightening exercises, it will be back to that pre-birth appearance again. If you have stretch marks from the belly, they also sell cream for that to help reduce the visibility. Being a gorgeous woman takes work, but you're already beautiful. Once Mana-Chan is more independent, you can have time to focus on your own needs. For now, try not to stress and enjoy the moments. Also, when Mana-Chan cries, as long as she's fed and dry, and you know she's safe, it's ok if she cries a little. It's good exercise for her little lungs. Does Mikuru sit in a high chair during meals? It would be a good idea, that way you and hubby can sit together at the dinner table and it would be a more manageable experience, plus, Mikuru would enjoy it after a while. Meiha is doing an amazing job as a big sister. She's such a sweet little girl and will grow to be an amazing mommy one day, just like you are right now. The snow there looks so pretty. We are envious, because due to global warming, we don't get much snow anymore. Our winters used to always look like yours, with beautiful heavy snow ❄️ but not now. We only get a little snow once in a while. Even on Christmas day, it will be over 50° F here. Children can't even go sledding or build snowmen like we did as kids here. Sorry for the long comment, but I just want you to know that we all care and we see what you don't see. A beautiful woman working hard at being an amazing mom. You got this! you are going through a lot of hormonal changes and that affects mood and health and hair and skin condition. Take it easy on yourself - you have enough on your plate - for now go into survival mode. things will get easier and you will have more "you" time xxx Maybe you have some post natal depression? Can you speak to a health professional? You must look after yourself - if you become ill you cannot look after anyone else xxx
