@@OrdinaryAdventures Mountain Magic Shave Ice is a good one too! Nothing beats Waiola but Mountain Magic has 2 locations closer to the west side of Oahu. Plus there’s a Leonard’s Malasada truck next to it.

Local from Hawaii, my favorite shrimp truck is Romy's Kahuku prawn and shrimp. It comes with pieces of fried garlic. The wait is 40- hour wait, but you can call your order ahead of time. Favorite shave ice is from Mountain Magic Shave ice at Waikele premium Outlets, it's so soft it melts in your mouth. Favorite malasada is from Pipeline bakeshop and creamery. It will not get soggy or loose it's shape even days later after eating. Favorite burger joint is Teddy's bigger burgers.

(Other than the injuries lol) Also, what I wouldn’t do to have that shrimp again……. My wife would get the Shaka Shaka, it has salami, pepperoni, and bologna, In would get the Koko crater, which has pastrami, ham, bacon, and salami. I would add avocado to it and they have a papaya seed dressing that is to die for. Whenever we would go to the beach that was our lunch. In your video you said you wanted to see turtles, the best place that we saw them was a beach called Aweoweo.

Aw you guys are really practicing the aloha spirit helping out the little zebra dove. Eastside was very much my hometown when I lived on Oahu: I went to school in Kane'ohe, Kailua and Waimanalo were the go to beach spots, I worked at Makapu'u point at the Oceanic Institute and Sea Life Park. Even though I technically lived in Makiki in town. When I heard South Beretania the nostalgia was strong. You'll find your honu eventually, just need patience, they have to come up for air eventually. Mahalo nui.

If you 13:15 like Giovanni Shrimp truck in Hawaii, near Disneyland at the Anaheim Packing District, there is a restaurant called 206 BCE. They have a garlic butter shrimp dish there that is just as good. When we go to Disney, that's our go-to spot.
