One thing I've always appreciated about Universal is they really know how to do a queue; they make it entertaining for while you're stuck in a long wait, and they also make it part of the story.

When I worked at WDW at Star Tours, a CM I worked with tried to get into Disney Imagineering to design queues. They wouldn’t give home the chance several times and Universal Creative did. An always wondered if this was his work or helped due to the conversations we have had.

I don't know if I'll explain this right but I wanted to say thank you for the way you filmed this where it was like mimicking a normal visit. It really shows how this land is completely immersive from the view, kinetic energy, games you play, food you eat, Mario Kart ride. It's really incredible to see how this all came together and appears to be very well done. If this is the future of theme parks, then wow it's going to be an amazing future.

It is actually shocking that we will now have to include a Universal day on our next trip to Los Angeles. We are a huge Disney family but also a big Mario family. I’m loving how they have built the walls so you fully are immersed in the world, no extra outside influence once you go thru the pipes. I’m hoping that once they all open it won’t be too busy and you still get an opportunity to experience all the games and environment without feeling rushed or crowded. What I am most excited about is finally being able to see the Mushroom Kingdom in person. I have been keeping track of the news since a Nintendo theme park was announced, so I am super stoked to be able to play Mariokart and interact with the land. After visiting both Nintendo Worlds in Japan and Hollywood, I feel that both parks are better in their own ways. In Japan, there is a lot more different activities to do, with more variety of different foods that are way better than Hollywood's Toadstool Cafe (Except for the Burgers, Hollywood does them better), and rides like Mario Kart, compared to Hollywood, takes less time to line up for than in Hollywood. If you are lucky, you can get in to Japan's Nintendo World as early as 7:30am in the morning. However, unlike Hollywood, there are some days where you MUST book a Timed Entry Ticket (Virtual Line) in order to get to the park, and sometimes you must go to a specialized kiosk to book them. Meeting mascots (except Toad) is much stricter, due to the fact that unlike Hollywood, you are not allowed to have your phone to take pictures with mascots, you must stand in a specific position when you meet mascots, you must pose how the mascot poses for pictures, and you must pay 6000 yen for pictures.

Super Nintendo World is beautifully executed and the look and feel of the land makes you feel like you’ve been transported in to one of Mario’s video games. It’s not a big land, in fact it can be a bit cramped when its full of people, but the size does bring some advantages. There are layers upon layers of detail, ornaments, and iconography. Colors are bright and fun. Best of all, there’s a ton of kinetic energy. If you’re ever played a Super Mario video game and stood still for a few seconds you’ve probably noticed everything around you continues moving, even when Mario isn’t. The game world feels alive, and Universal’s creative team has perfectly captured this in Super Nintendo World itself. Goombas walk back and forth, piranha plants bob and snap at park visitors, coins float in the air and spin, and platforms move from side to side. All of this is faithfully recreated from the video games and present in Super Nintendo World.

I'm so excited just see the land in general. It looks so surreal and perfect. We're planning a trip in year or two and that's probably the thing I'm most excited about, just walking in and playing the games around the land. I'm also super super excited to go to the Toadstool Cafe

I have to say this world looks amazing!! I live in Florida so I am waiting on East Coast to catch up, but I will say that what I am most excited for is the rumored Zelda area if they end up expanding it with all the room it seems they have.

As a kid Super Mario Bros on Super Nintendo was my first game and now I have a nephew with autism and we had a hard time connecting until he saw my super mario collection. Can't wait to take him and experience his reaction.

Besides the land and the ride being awesome, I actually look forward to the dining experience. There is a lot you can do with the food in Toad's Cafe. Each season, Universal can release limited food items inspired by the characters in all the Mario Bros. games. Also, Halloween can work perfectly in the land and theme it to Luigi's Mansion and have boos flying around the land. Overall, there is potential to make the land more exciting each time you travel by Warp Pipe. Great Video, can't wait to visit Super Nintendo World soon.

They already cut out almost the entire menu selection and adjusted it to be Americanized. Compare it to the original one in Japan it’s absolutely saddening. Not to mention them not putting in the Yoshi snack bar that had unique food. At this point I doubt they’ll add more…😓 but god I pray they do…I was so hyped to eat the Princess Peach cake from Mario64 after watching videos of it from Japan.

What I’m most excited about at Super Mario World: re-living the 80’s childhood experience in real life! I love how they made a section @ universal studios for ppl in their 30’s/40’s 😄😄 Why: it like being a kid again as a grown up! How fun!
