there's a yak farm or 3 up in alaska where i live. a local restaurant had been doing yak marrow bones (which were absolutely delicious) but changed the menu, so they were giving away boxes of frozen yak bones for free, first come first serve. i have "SOUP" tattooed on my arm so you know i was first in line baby. i made yak pho. my life has been downhill ever since.
