The Ordination of 3 western monks (1 British, 2 French) on the 16th of March 2013. The upajjahya of the three monks being ordained has already passed away in the year 2018.

Plz don't give them meat eggs and wine.pureveg monks are best in real buddhism.buddha said if you don't have any food to eat then you can eat meat. This comment is from the land of buddha lumbini nepal .

I agree. However, Thai monks are obliged to eat whatever the community gives them during their alms receiving and giving rounds.

Buddha was quite strict about eating meat and he wasn't vegetarian.

I am Thai, and I agree. But they cannot offer monks vegetarian food all the time due to inconvenience. Thailand is not a vegetarian-friendly place like India. Even though, Thais don't eat that much meat like America and Korea, but they still don't exclude it in their diet.
