OREA V4 Narrow vs Wide Which is Better for Your Needs?

I got both of them, and for the past two months I brew only with the V4 Wide. Recently also using only the APEX bottom. Best cups I've ever made.

Hi Matteo! Great to see you cover Orea V4 (again)! I've been using my V4 Wide since late February '24 almost daily. From the four bases I use Apex and Open the most. I love how fast Apex in combination with Hario VCF-01-100MK paper is! It allows me to grind espresso fine (150 micron) for pour-over! Still not exceeding 03:30 min TBT. I rarely use the bases Classic and Fast. Mostly cause Classic is basically V3 Mk1, which I ditched since I got V4. And Fast is actually slower than both, Apex and Open (in combination with Kalita 155 paper).

Thank you for the video. I have the V4 Wide and use it along with the Melodrip (during the last 3 pours of your 5-pour V60 recipe). I have been really liking the coffee using the Apex bottom. 😃

I can't quite fit kalita 185 paper into the wide one but only the 155 paper, any idea of how to fit 185 in?
