Oreck XL2 (XL3800 H2) Lightweight Upright Vacuum (In Memory of David Oreck)

Here is an Oreck XL2 model XL3600H2 lightweight upright vacuum that I acquired from a local seller on Craigslist, of which I rarely buy from. This is just another variant of the classic Oreck XL2, and this one I do find interesting since it's a 2 speed version that isn't an Ultra model (not that I know of or anything). I bought this vacuum for a decent price, and it was in relatively good condition unlike others I've bought in the past, but I still gave it the same new belt and brush roll treatment like I did to the others. This vacuum is extremely lightweight, and is definitely what makes Oreck vacuums so famous, they're definitely a good vacuum for older folks or people who have back or arthritis problems. This does come with a canister like all Oreck's do, but the one for this one went missing by the previous owner which I personally didn't mind, all I wanted was the upright itself, but that does work well and is useful for cleaning furniture, stairs, and even detailing your car. This model does come with a 2 speed function on the power switch to allow the motor to run on low speed to clean on bare floors or delicate carpets, and it surprisingly good on bare floors for a vacuum that lacks a brush roll shutoff feature, and although I still wouldn't recommend using it on bare floors since the brush roll never shuts off, this does do decent since it has a rubber squeegee on the back to prevent scattering dirt behind it. It features a 4 amp motor with direct air design and takes type CC bags (one thing I will credit Oreck's for is their filtration for being a direct air vacuum, it's really fantastic). The suction is not the best, the airflow is good, and the agitation all right, but not the best because the brushes on the brush roll aren't stiff (but they are super dense). My only complaint about this machine is how loud it is, and the low the performance is for these vacuums for how much they retail for brand new, I personally think it could be better, although it does leave good carpet lines (mostly from the side edge cleaning brushes on either side of the vacuum). Overall, this is a very nice vacuum to use, and does perform good.

Great video them vacuum cleaners are more healthy then a bagless vacuum cleaner everything proven cleaning out a bagless causes problem's on people's health now days plus with people's thinking now days tilling people oh they are lower on money yet proven your health is more important than the money itself
