Thank you Kaleb for your support. I do not agree the POM should pump any nitrates during the winter months, they have done enough damage which was allowed by Oregon DEQ. By keeping this information from us for several years, we have been unknowingly used contaminated water. Many of us are sick. My nitrates were 50.9 when this was first disclosed four years ago; today it is 57.5. I would like to bottle my water and have the POM use it as their only water supply for drinking and cooking. Not likely, I’m sure. I became ill just before the contamination was disclosed, I have had infusions every eight weeks ever since and take 15 prescriptions and supplements daily just to be able to walk unaided. If I am able I will attend the scheduled meeting, but I have already attended meetings with State and Federal DEQ, Governor Kotec and other stake holders. It seems they are all deaf to everyone except the polluters, as long as they are making money it’s acceptable.

Balderdash! "The horse has already left the barn." The aquifer already is polluted, has been so for a long time now, thanks to cowshit water. 😡

This makes me so disgusted! So goes the attitude of the people of the eastern part of Oregon! 900 violations in one winter and they have been doing it time and again…jobs are so much more important than water!
