And I'm the opposite of the folks asking for commentary. This was just as I like it. Great rocks, soft music, and no blah blah blah! Bravo!

Fantastic Video .. From the music to the shots of wilderness.. Oregon rules. We have found amazing specimens almost everywhere we look.. But never have reached the higher level of the rivers like this at the origin of the birth of the stones.. Look forward to such an adventure this summer !

That yellowish to butterscotch rock looks like Teanaway agate that I used to dredge out of Swauk creek on Blewett Pass.

Oregon, the best state for rock hounding imho. Lived in N H, North Carolina, California and visited many others. I now live in southwestern Fla, the weather is fantastic, the rock hounding is hot ass dumpster fire broken toy on christmas. Gonna be back, its just too great to stay away!

It would have been hugely appreciated for we uninitiated if you could put the names of the rocks on screen as they were shown.

Joe, I'm having difficulty getting into the two cited addresses . . . are they up and running? Loved your jasper hunting experience, but do you ever identify the location any better than the state you are in? It has been two years since this was published, so you may not be notified of my comment and that I'm a newly subscribed (and "liked"). I'll try to find other videos about Oregon's geology you may have posted. Again, thanks for sharing!

You can look at wet rocks all day long. You never know what the rock is like until you slab it.
