- ⅓ cup sugar (65 g)
- 1 cup sour cream (210 g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 4 oz semisweet chocolate (110 g)
- 2 large eggs , room temperature

Yes you can make sour cream at home. One cup heavy whipping cream 2 table spoon lemon juice 1/4 cup milk Mix three things together in a glass jar. Keep this mixture at room temperature for 24hrs, covered it with cloth. Consistency will be little thin but it works great. 👌
