This system has 4 hobby motors that when spun create a torque on the CubeSat. This torque can be used to negate any perturbing forces that are applied.
Reaction wheel systems have an inherent issue, when the forces become too great the motors become "saturated" and don't apply any more torque. This allows the CubeSat to spin freely, and when it is returned to the original position the controller is able to take over again.
