In July 2023 President Biden declared that Putin had already lost the war in Ukraine. In the spring of 2024, however, the situation is less clear. While Ukraine has defined victory as the complete liberation of its territory, the West promises to support Ukraine as long as it takes, without a clear definition. Oh yeah, it was so friendly they invaded us when we were part of it. NATO exists because russia is always invading countries. And the countries that are close to russia are understandably worried. You can google why NATO exists. DOy ou need help with that?

Mr. Saran stands out. He expressed the urgency to resolve the Ukraine conflict. Why has a 40 trillion dollar collation under performed spectacularly? He was perhaps the only genuine speaker and well articulated. The Yale professor was preachy and wafting. The PM and the Albanian minister did not have much value to contribute.
