Take one large bunch of celery and put it in a high speed blender (Vitamix blender is best but other blenders will do) until well blended and smooth. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Drink 16 to 24 ounces daily on an empty stomach. If you have a juicer, you can use that as well. I prefer the blender. I don't mind some of the pulp if it all can't be strained out.

How long HPHPA bacteria can be cleaned out? Dr Bill Shaw said people should take antibiotic for one month, but what to do when the bacteria comes back? Except that he said one has use pulse method.
