I tried their Tencel underwear. I found the size chart, and customer service rep, both to be wrong. They run true-to-size or even a little small, and they have a wide band that prevents the underwear from lying smoothly if you carry any fat at all anywhere in your midsection. They were NOT “super soft” (whatever that means...but that’s what everyone claims), and they were really, honestly not worth the price. I returned them for store credit (to avoid them charging me $20 for shipping) but I haven’t ordered replacements because I don’t know what size to get. Big headache, not worth $88...it was a big “what was I thinking?!” moment.

What are the seams like on the invisible tank? I have a problem with a lot of tanks having uncomfortable seams and/or tags that are itchy to my sensitive skin.

DO NOT buy from Organic Basics!!! I bought two t-shirts. It is way too boxy and the neck is very tight. When I wanted to return the items, I was told that I can only get store credit if I want to get a free return label, if I wanted the refund, I would have to mail the items back to Denmark and pay the mailing fee by myself. Then I was told that their system had some glitch that they could not create free return label even for store credit return. The worst purchasing experience that I have even had. Never, Ever, Buy from Organic Basics!!!
