I like to use the root balls as a cover crop. Seed the top area then place the roots over top. Helps protect the soil

Tad, Nice hat! I’ve been working with Bios for the past few grows. Stuff is amazing! I freaked out a little bit when I saw the “White Fuzz” on top of the media. But I’ve never had such healthy grows and no pests! “Knock on wood” 😂

Installed floor for my grow tent I always use anti fatigue foam matt or similar to help regulate the bottom soil temperature.

Chad greetings from Thailand my friend just now started listening to you I've seen you on all kinds of other podcast and I'm so excited here and I've got one great big question for you I believe that I have a fungus that is causing my stems and leaves and flour to wilt I believe I heard that it was called Willie's will but I am not sure is there anything that I can do to oh by the way I grow outside in pots I chased the Sun please help all the way from Thailand brother thank you so much

Fungus can be a big problem as you've discovered. If you have it in your flower, it may be too late. Molds and spores can be dangerous to inhale or ingest. The best thing to do is learn how to prevent it next time. How far into flowering are you? Next time, look for mold resistant strains, identify environmental factors that may contribute, increase airflow if possible, etc. I hope this gives you a place to start. Good luck :)

@ChadWestport thank you, brother, but I'm about 3 weeks into my flower, so we'll just keep riding it out as they start to wilt. I just cut them off. Yeah I moved from the states to Thailand and it's a whole different grow here brother high heat high humidity bugs freaking bugs everywhere they are terrible but LOL brother I'm fighting through it we're going to get something sooner or later but man I sure do like your shows I've been watching a bunch of them man I just want to say I'm a big fan now thank you so much for your information

i made liquid calcium with hydrochloric acid and eggshells, as opposed to vinegar, any idea how much stronger it could be? or any way to test it at home?
@ChadWestportАй бұрын
Hydrochloric acid has a very low pH, but vinegar is right about the same. Although this study is not canna specific, it does give an outline on the effects hydrochloric acid has on plant roots - abacus.bates.edu/acad/depts/biobook/FP-HCl.pdf
