Bhai deekh..dup. of work ka Mtlb..koi Kam hai jisme 5 bande ka jaruri hai..ab udhar se 3 aur Banda aaya wo v hath bata dya ..... Ab manager puch raha hai ye kam kisne Kiya usko reward denge....ab sab Banda (all 8) bol Raha hai sir hm kiye hai.....manager ko pata hi nhi chal raha ki kaun Kiya hai...yehi hai dup. Of work.... Overlapping or work aasan hai..kise kam ko krne k lye 2 ghanta chhaiye aur workers laga Raha hai 4 ghanta..kam k wqt hassi -majak nok- jhok sb chal raha hai......eyse smjho na time waste krna..... Dii pr na hm confuse me hai.. Functional toh small org. me jaruri hona chhayea ja... Ab jaise Ratan unkle ka bara org hai..waha pr agar sabhi products k lye ek hi RD manager .rakhe ...ye ek hi sales manager rakkhe toh dikkat ho skta hai.....ese lye na chacha automobile k lye saparate department.. Electric item k lye saperate dept rakhe hai.....
