Organising a Runescape Bank Account (Full Process & Guide)

My friend let me organise his awfully messy bank, this is the entire process from start to finish in full. Tried to keep it under an hour :P

Super Sets are nice when youre not maxed or rich. Cheaper than super combat. Atk and Str especially when youre using protection prayers edit: he has 42 infernal capes nvm

i like having my 'main' tab be just my cash stack. and when 'new' items come in i will immediately be able to see them and organize them within a second.

You can also decant jewellery at the GE the same way you can with potions

Instead of dragging everything into taps, you can search for items like potion, rune, teleports and so on. Note everything into your inventory, then click the dedicated tap and use the empty inventory bottom. Saves a bit time, just remember to turn off placeholders Nice vid!

The incinerator is decently useful if you're doing a full purge like this, as all the unnotable items can be destroyed in bulk. Though I'd genuinely recommend most players be a little less wasteful and sell off anything tradeable and keep things like overload doses in the vats at NMZ, and outfits into the PoH etc.

You also dropped a lot of clue stuff for emotes (which he can just make stash units if Construct is high enough) but also Falo / Sherlock step stuff. I know lots of high end PvMers dont touch clues but Masters were a lot of what you dropped (and that has a Pet afterall).

Ack you were right about the jewelry. It did hurt. PSA/BTW: you can "decant" jewelry on the same guy that does the potions to combine them into the higher charged versions and dump the ones that didn't combine afterwards.

The Wise Old Man in Draynor will go through your bank and remove any quest items that are no longer needed! A great first step or way to clear out that tab of items you're not sure are useful or not.

Also for jewelry I like to have 2 placeholders for each, 1 for full versions of the item and 1 that holds the single piece I am currently using for tps. The placeholder does not distinguish between charges if it is empty and you do not have a placeholder for that exact count of charges. (wording was hard here lol)

27:30 if there is a big stack of items in the bank which cant be noted and you want to get rid of them, just acitvate the incernator thing in the bank settings and you can destroy it all at once

Fyi seen you tossed all the none 8 charged jewelry, you can combine all them back to 8 in the GE at the rune emblem guy in south east corner. Works same way as the potions guy

Great guide! Worth noting that talking to the strange old man in draynor would be a great first step to remove any quest gear that can be deleted. I’m also a bit of a hoarder but I also really like to store as many things in my POH rather then just dropping it on the ground Edit: also really like the seed box and you can use the rc merchant in the ge to decant jewellery as well

Pure gold! I even tell friends, who don't play the game, about the QOL of an organized bank. I guess you can get by with the search bar, but when it comes to showing people your account, it's your level's and your bank that matters. Personally I'd say both are equally important!

aaty you know you can use the minigame teleport and choose any of the ones that are close to a bank. Home tele doesn't interfere with the minigame teleport timer and vice versa. (coming from another noob who doesn't have everything unlocked)

its worth almost nothing and only adds a very minor magic accuracy bonus, as it stands, combat in osrs is heavily reliant on strength% (max hit) bonuses, not accuracy, particularly so for magic. in short, wearing an ahrims hood doesnt give any relevant combat stats, and there's more useful things you could wear or put in your inventory
