Thank you for this tour! I just bought my first roller cart for storing my crafting/colouring supplies and it is certainly a hobby within itself to organize it! Watching loads of videos for ideas and inspiration! xx

Love this...tomorrow I will redo the storage in my cart next to my desk. I bought it at Wal-Mart. I also have a cart I bought at Michael's and I have my punches and my cm border maker with 7 cartridges in it. You gave me so may ideas. Love your precious little dogs...so adorably cute.

Thanks so much 🤗 A lot of times when I organize something, I find that I'm continually changing and tweaking it because things are still not working well, I still can't find things, or things don't get put away where they belong ... but I'm finding this raskog cart where I keep my tools has been working out so well that I haven't changed anything since I made this video. It's just awesome to have a place for each thing and I can easily find what I need and when I clean up my space, I have a place to put things away so that the next time I craft, I know exactly where things are. Good luck with organizing your cart and hope that it works out well for you.

Your craft room is just incredible!! Love seeing the view of the whole room!! I also love how the puppies ignored you completely when you asked them to “sit”…lol!! They are too cute!! 😊
@YesPleasePapercrafts2 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! My dogs do pretty good with sit and down commands if I have a treat in my hand but if there's no treats involved, they will usually just look at me like I'm a crazy person when I ask them to do something ... just like typical teenagers .. lol

Hi Louise ... Cardmaking is a lot of fun and KZbin is a great place to learn about cardmaking. There are so many awesome youTube channels like Jennifer McGuire and Kristina Werner. I was primarily a cardmaker for many, many years but I switched to doing mostly scrapbooking in 2017. I lived near Houston, Texas for about 20 years until I moved back to my home town in Louisiana about 5 years ago. It's cold here too but not as cold as Texas ... I can't even imagine 3 degrees ... the lowest it got here was 19. Keep warm. 🤗 Karen

I never made the connection between work space that is free-standing vs against the wall and the ease of keeping it cleared. I think you are on to something there. 👍 I have a kitchen island as a moveable craft table and seeing it front and center in the room does seem to motivate me to keep it clear. ✅
@YesPleasePapercrafts4 жыл бұрын
It's so funny but I figure this out about myself when I had one empty table against the wall in my new craft room. And that table was just became a dumping ground and I would pile things on it ... as soon as I cleared it off, more things would find their way onto that table. I solved the problem by putting a kallax unit sideways on top of the table and now no more clutter ... and as an added bonus I have more storage.

Thank you for your video. I have 5 of those carts ((dollhouse miniatures) and only one is designated for specific items and that is for paint. I'm actually surprised that IKEA hasn't come out with specific bins that fit inside the carts, I know they have those containers that fit on the sides of the carts. Thanks again.
@YesPleasePapercrafts2 жыл бұрын
So glad it was helpful! I'm surprised too ... you would think that Ikea would come out with a craft storage line that fits their furniture that people use in their craft rooms like their Raskog carts, the Kallax cubes and the Alex drawer units.

Hi Karen can you please tell me where you got the blue storage racks that are on wheels next to your raskog Love your video thank you it will help me get mine organised.
@YesPleasePapercrafts4 жыл бұрын
The blue storage rack is the Origami Heavy Duty Shelving Unit. I purchased mine last year from HSN. The one in my room is the Turquoise color. I was looking on HSN just now and it looks like they currently don't have many colors but that changes as they get more in stock. I think they had about 12 different colors when I bought mine last year. Here's a link to the one on HSN. www.hsn.com/products/origami-large-heavy-duty-rack-wup-to-1000-lb-capacity/8099631 You could also get this directly from Origami (www.origamirack.com).

Just found your channel. Enjoying your videos. I’ve had trouble figuring out how to best use my Raskog cart. In one of your videos I noticed you have a Totally Tiffany paper cart. Do you like it? Have you reviewed it in a video?

I went to IKEA today and they have the blue Raskog for just $17!
@YesPleasePapercrafts4 жыл бұрын
That's awesome!!! Was it the dark blue or teal? I looked at Ikea online and the only colors they had were dark blue, white and gray green. I think maybe the gray green is a new color because I've never seen that before at Ikea.
@BuffyLynn4 жыл бұрын
Yes Please Papercrafts the label says “dark blue”. It’s not shown on sale on the website so I’m sure it’s just based on each locations inventory. Mine had hundreds.

Hello Karen. I just happened to notice your file box under the table. Probably because I'm trying to sort my paper. Lol. Could you show a little bit of that? Looks like you took the drawer out from cube?
@YesPleasePapercrafts4 жыл бұрын
Hi Kathleen … Yes, I did remote the drawer from the cube. I created a video last year on my rolling storage. If you watch this video, you'll see the rolling cube as well as some alternative rolling carts. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXvak6eZiruIa5o

How do I keep the middle part up so it doesn’t fall down 😅
@YesPleasePapercrafts3 жыл бұрын
Hi Lily ... I have several Raskog carts and I haven't had any problems with the middle tray falling down. Once you put the cart together, you do occasionally have to tighten the screws because they can come loose over time. You could try to tighten the screws more using the tool provided from Ikea and see if that helps. If it still falls down, I would contact Ikea to see if they can help you. It may be that you have a defective cart. Hope this helps. Karen
