Christopher Rufo, Stephen Miller, Kris Kobach, and Ed Blum have received an estimated $24.5 million from these groups in just the last few years.
Color of Change just launched a campaign against these organizations that use "Donor-advised funds" to secretly fund anti-DEI, anti-Black attacks.

In the 1980s I worked for a headhunter who was finding MBSs for McKinsey and Company. McKinsey instructed us specifically to throw away any resumes from candidates who belonged to the Black MBA Association. They could claim they weren't racist because they were having an agency find their talent. I collected about 50 resumes and sent them to Pepsico as Pepsico was seeking to diversify their management. They hired every single one of those MBAS. Last year 2023 the CEO of McKinsey had the nerve to go on national television and claim that he would love to diversify the company but :"we just can't find any black talent."

I love and respect Roland Martin. Because of that I have to be honest - as we need to keep him around and doing great work for the community. He doesn't look healthy and is carrying too much weight. I say the same about another favorite, Elie Mystal. Too many African-American men don't take their health seriously until they've had a heart attack, stroke, or diabetes hits them.
