I do a lot of tracking digitally, but there are some areas that I still write pen to paper. Sometimes I start on paper and then move it to my digital spreadsheet too. It’s finding what works best.

My word for the year is progress. I am making progress in all aspects of my life. It started last year and I am going to keep it going this year. I bought myself a ledger when I was 16 years old. that was back in 1986 when I got my first bank account. I'm a pen to paper girl. I also love my spreadsheets so I do them now as well but I still keep the paper first.

You go by the rolls of the channel that is hosting
