Quarantine has been good for me. It’s made me sit with myself with nothing to distract me and just face me. I definitely see a growth over all in myself. It’s had its ups and downs for sure! As much as I hate how it came about I’m grateful for the time I’ve had to just put normal life aside and take care of my mental health and physical health.
