Hi Remi I love your videos. I just wanted to kindly let you know that Raclette cheese is originally from Switzerland. I live in Germany and we make raclette every year for christmas. We have a speacial device for it. So everybody has little pans where they can put all kinds of things in like potatoes bacon veggies etc. Then you top it of with a slice of cheese and put it in the maschine, which melts it. On the top you can grill meats or veggies. It is amazing to have with friends and family as everyone can make their own little pan, so everybody is happy with their personalized meal. Wishing you a wonderful christmas season💕

Raclette is a Swiss dish, based on heating cheese and scraping off the melted part, in Germany we use a Raclette maker which comes with little pans that you fill up with meat cheese potato veggies, literally anything and it melts it for you! Very typical for new year's eve dinner 😍🍴

Raclette is actually from Switzerland. It's like a grill on top and under the grill there's little pans and you melt the cheese there. It's amazing ! You can find a Raclette on Amazon. I'm from Europe but I live in Texas now and I have one. It's so good!

Remi you’re the best! I love watching your videos. AND RACLETTE IS THE BEST. I lived in France and Switzerland for a couple of years and raclette cheese is the best when you actually have the raclette appliance. They have these little trays where you can melt the cheese and then on the top there’s a little grill where you grill veggies and charcuterie. And you pour the cheese over potatoes and chef’s kisses!!!

Remi Raclette is typical to be eaten in Switzerland during the cold season, you can melt the cheese slice in a raclette “grill” (you can look it up online) and then put it on boiled potatoes/grilled bread and then sprinkle it with the spice of your choice and eat it together with pickled vegetables like; pickles, corn etc.
