I grew bulbing Fennel for the first time this year and while I failed to actually get bulbs, it was a lot of fun to grow and fun to go out into my garden and pick fronds to nibble. Definitely growing again and recommend just for that and how leafy green and pretty the plant is. Also, Honeynut squash. Incredibly sweet, resistant to the vine borers that like to take out my squash, prolific, and small enough to roast up for one person, or peel a bunch and make soup.

Adding fennel to the list! I once made a tomato soup with fennel and it was amazing. I’ll also check out the honey nut squash!

just put a smaller ziploc in those photos boxes. i have those.. i hate them ahah i use picture folder in a binder. however by dates... so 1st page is my 12..16 weeks before last frost.. next few pages 10..14 weeks etc weeks. and i write the dates on them when to start the seeds.

Love the organization by weeks before/after frost! I returned those containers already but then bought something else that doesn’t seem just right. I’ve probably devoted more time to organizing my seeds than is beneficial.

parsley?

It made the list! But, I honestly don’t know what to use parsley for 😆. It just tastes “green and leafy” to me, rather than having a unique flavor. Or maybe green and leafy IS the flavor 🤔
