I have struggled with lust recently however in my meditation I got downloads that this is just suppressed desire for connection, love, and harmony. I switched off pleasure- love- and connection as a child to parent my family now and survive school system. Feels like this is the seal holding me back from a kundalini, I have done a lot of work on the other chakras but the root was out of balance and suppressed.
