Why in d7 octahedral T1g (f) to A2g transition has low value of 19,600cm-1 but in orgel diagram they have the the largest energy gap between them. Kindly explain thanks!

In the orgel diagram of d4 octahedral, you said that the transition occurred from 5Eg to 5T2g but the explicit splitting indicated that the transition occurred from t2g to eg ( t2g3 eg1 to t2g2 eg2)
