I think there is a mistake in question of (co(h20)6)2+ transition E is inversely proportinal to wavelength Then energy gap will higher wavelength will be lower

But E is directly proportional to frequency . Because whatever the value is given is in terms of cm-1 that's actually the frequency value

The process of phosphoroscene is spin allowed not spin forbidden. In yout video you said the opposite. Please put a NOTE in the video to correct it.

Sir! if U could plz give a brief idea about degeneracy and term symbols of low spin complexes, it's too confusing, can't make out how come we consider orbital contribution of orbitals same as they go from free atom to hybridised state. ..like it was asked this time in CSIR NET as a 2 marker..
