Outstanding property. So Puglia yet so spacious. Extremely rare, when it's not a Palazzo. Color choices and furniture compliment this gem of a place very well. My one disappointment was the kitchen. Somehow that great interior touch of the owners went missing here I felt. The price appears justified, compared to other properties I've seen. Someone will be a very happy new owner of this unique abode. I'm very jealous.

I love the interior doors, the detail and that they are painted rather than the standard cheaper looking wooden ones. Curious to know what the sale prices of this beautiful home was? It is stunningly gorgeous. ❤ However, I think two baths are not adequate, and they are rather remote from the bedrooms. The one fireplace in the whole place and your caneraman did not actually show it. I'd say the price is not too far out of line for what it is but a bit high for how far south it is. Ciao 😊😊

Loved what I saw. Beautiful high rooms, great taste and restrained design choices. BUT… is it a property ie: the whole building from the foundation up? Or is it just an apartment complex with roof access? I just didn’t understand from the way you filmed it. Opposite the front door is a balcony; where is the street/access view? I’m asking because there is an overwhelming amount of historic property in Italy that is almost Tetris in style where ownership crisscrosses the ground plan which leads to many disputes with neighbours that slot in either above or below or even in between.

Very interesting property. Not always convinced by Puglia, and the Trulli tradition. But this is different and unique. I’m not sure I could live happily with such high windows, without an outside view on the world. Might seem a bit like a gilded prison cell. But I could be wrong. Price seems reasonable. Are there any communal or condominial charges? Is it sold as one or two properties on the catasta?

I really don’t like the layout of this townhouse on a personal level . Especially not having the bathroom near the master bedroom and the kitchen could have been a little bit more spacious.. maybe they should’ve kept it as two townhouses…. Another thought is about the laundry room. I don’t think it was the best location for it. Respectfully, these are just opinions
