I've made sure to have the track sound interesting throughout with little to none repetition and many small layers of details spread throughout. It's semi-dark atmosphere is both relaxing and haunting and is quite subtle in it's presentation. It's not intrusive and don't contain any surprises which makes it great as a background companion for hours on end. @@bustavonnutz Subs don't pay him, only views do that, and none of these videos reach the same number as the sub count. Cryo Chamber would enable him to make shortened versions of these soundscapes for release on phsyical media, earn a whole new audience AND money in the process. Always worth.

@@ShiivaWilding Views don't pay you either. Only ad clicks and you also have to watch the entire ad for it to count, I think. I myself am using an ad blocker, so I'm not sure if he even places ads in his videos.

@@vlada131 So do I, but I highly doubt you'd want to interrupt something like this for several minutes of adverts, it would ruin it. But views absolutely generate money, it's not just ad clicks or watching long adverts through to conclusion, otherwise the biggest youtubers wouldn't make anything with the rise of ad blocker in the last ten years. Sponserships embedded in the video itself are where the money comes from, a percentage from each view (which is very, very small) and an up front payment to make the sponsership advert in the first place. It's a hot mess, and while Cryo Chamber would naturally take a cut, it's the profile of being on the label, having physical media people can buy... for the reputation alone, it's a no-brainer for most.

He’s made a couple without rain, go back throughout the past few months to a year and I think you’ll find them. However after listening to them, I think the rain is essential and it doesn’t sound nearly as deep and layered without it, in my own humble opinion of course.
