Hands down, for me, this is the greatest science fiction film made. As a kid, seeing it in the 80s, I was mesmerized. As an adult, I’m simply in love with the film. It’s history, it’s impact on pop culture, all of it.

I met Rutger Hauer when he stepped off my flight from LA to A'dam 26 Dec. 1990. He had a bunch of heavy cases to get from the luggage belt and no one to help him. Very soft spoken and kind. I wasn't sure if I should speak Dutch or English (my first language being American) so spoke both... and felt foolish! Lol. Had big fleshy hands, just as you see in B.R. He's just an actor, yet he acted out a character born in a few people's imaginations. ❤ Only Rutger could deliver the Roy Batty character the way he did, more so when he went off script and said something at the end of the movie that was so emotionally moving it was unreal. Something else few people know, Rutger was friends in real life with the infinite yet late John Dunsworth AKA Mr. Lahey from the Canadian TV series "Trailer Park Boys". RIP Rutger, we all miss you.

Thank you for this ……this music …..it grabbed my heart in the way that very few ‘’songs’’ did……tears in the rain mean a lot to me and it’s no small task to put a new sip on it….. I tip my hat to you….job well done.

This an epic track. Blade runner is beyond beautiful. Timeless cinema and music. When I saw this film for the first time back in the 80s I fell in love. It evoked all of my senses. This hour long track is beyond amazing.
