Looks much easier than it really is. Anyway, I somehow managed to finish it, the final result was awesome. Pretty usefull instructions, the whole video view to understand movements, and the step to step diagrams to follow the correct lines where it needs to be folded. Thank you, I've earned a lot of experience from your videos. c:

Good tutorial but at 7:00 it was very confusing. But all in all it was great and I got my (ugly) result. Thanks man! (You should take a bigger paper than 15x15cm because the result would be very tiny..)

🐺 This was definitely challenging, and I didn't have the same paper - mine was smaller and only orange squared but I still managed to make my first little fox. Thank you for sharing this tutorial, it was fun!
@greywolfember68233 жыл бұрын
ohhhh man, that was challenging for me (I'm just getting into origami, though). lots of rewinding and pretty much ended up watching at 0.5x speed (and still rewinding a lot haha). (did a good handful of steps from the diagrams I found on Jo's website, then eventually went nope gotta see the video (as the site noted, since the diagrams aren't meant to be a stand-alone). gonna cherish my little guy, so happy with this. I'm slightly concerned that my first instinct is to do it again (with a solid color/white paper, instead of the random pattern/color one I found), and then the keep doing it until I memorize it, haha. fantastic video, and absolutely fantastic deisgn. thank you very much!

Hey, Jo! This is by far the best-looking fox that I've found online, but I tried making it using thin (non-foil) 15x15cm origami paper and the last couple of steps where you are 'bending' the paper (16:00 onwards) did not go well for me. The paper crumpled and many of my 'bends' did not stay in place. You've mentioned that 15x15cm paper will work, but does it need to be a certain type to hold the bends, or is my lack of success a result of me pressing in the wrong places?
@jonakashima6 жыл бұрын
Thank you Normal paper works fine, but maybe your paper has lower quality
