I... am not sure how you cut the top off and got that result when unfolding. I just got a hole in my paper (that is admittedly much smaller than 15cm I think...)

Turn it upside down before you fold the little wings so the open side is at the top

So easy I never fold this but I make like 1 of the most hardest origami’s ever it was 1 and a half hour and it’s from origami Jeremy Shafer and he started origami in 2011 ok
