Watch this video to learn how to make an origami paperclip! These actually work so you can use these little paper clips or use them as bookmarks! This is a fun origami to make, these would be a awesome gift.

Ok so obviously these origami paperclips aren't going to be as secure as real metal ones! But they are a neat way to keep papers together, or as bookmarks.📎
If you used foil paper or thicker paper, these would be more sturdy.

YOU WILL NEED:
- 1 sheet of square paper cute into 4 quarter strips.
I would suggest 15 x 3.75cm but you can use any size.
Final size:
About 3 x 2.5 cm ish..

Do you need to use cardstock for this? I tried with origami paper and I think it it not stiff enough to hold papers together. Thanks!

technically, since the outter edges are folded in AND origami paper is so thin anyway, you don't need to cut the pieces, just carefully tear them. :) (i get a straighter line that, myself ^^;; ) very easy and easy to remember, thanks again for sharing :D can't wait to try on heavier paper, vellum or max, 60#.
