This video describes how to fold a fantastic origami sunflower designed by Meenakshi Mukerji. The model is inspired by a sunflower by Akira Yoshizawa.

Sorry, I haven't folded the organist, so cannot recommend a specific paper type. Robert Lang used Wyndstone marble paper: langorigami.com/artwork/organist-opus-363 - so maybe Elephant Hide will work well for it: www.happyfolding.com/paper-review_elephant_hide

Thank you so much for this tutorial. I've been looking for pretty sunflower origami for so long. One question: what kind of paper do you use for these models?

In this video I used some thin paper that I colored with acrylics. Thin, crips paper works best here, although I've also folded the sunflower from normal origami paper. I didn't have yellow/brown kami, hence I used the paper I colored myself instead. Also, the paper I used is a bit thinner than kami.

Hi sara i need a favour..... can you recommend some other site for purchasing origami paper beacuse I think the website you earlier recommend only accept credit cards and I use debit card. I also write to them they didn't answer.
