I was sitting on my bed just a few minutes ago and I’m like what am I gonna do!? Then I decided I would look on the Internet to see if there was a picture of a directions and I happened upon your video! Soooo helpful! There is a website on the box and you go to that and you scroll until you find the puzzle you have and download the directions but the directions are kinda challenging if you like a challenge

It's a scree to hold the platform together, there should be a hole in the middle where you can screw it it

I couldn’t get the base to tighten at all so I threw mine away. And I’m disappointed because I spent probably an hour trying to tighten it. I don’t know if the screw as too short or what but it kept sliding around and going everywhere else but the hole whenever I tried to tighten it.

If you can't find one of the pieces, depending on how important it is, you can still finish it. It may be a little unstable, but you can definitely still complete it. However, if the missing piece is more vital to the puzzle, such as one of the flat pieces on the bottom, it may be harder to complete. You could also purchase a new one if you wanted to. I hope this helps! :)
