2:39 The big key to the Tomb Raider Remasters success is that they hired fans who had already been modding the games for years. They know the games inside and out, and are a part of the community. They knew what we wanted, and delivered. I really hope Capcom goes that route.

We should've had an RE1-3 remaster or re-release a while ago honestly, it's crazy that we haven't already gotten it. I own all 3 games on both PS1 and PS3, but I don't have a PS1 anymore and my PS3 no longer works, so I've been dying for them to come out on modern consoles for a while now. C'mon Capcom!

At this point, it's bound to happen. Because today, Capcom officially announced that their Marvel and Marvel vs. Capcom arcade games are being released for consoles for the first time in over 10 years. So if that's possible, then anything possible by Capcom is on the table. Well, almost anything.

RE2 and RE3 should look like HD real masters of RE0 and RE1make. And even improve character models, FMVS, or try to look like their game covers with the RE1make and RE0 graphics filter. Survivor should be included in the list.

@@TonyLoco7 I completely agree with you. Since many newcomers don’t know who Wesker is, I feel that the next three remakes should be based around Wesker and Chris’s rivalry. The order I feel the upcoming remakes should release in is: RE1 remake, RE Code Veronica remake, and RE5 remake.

I want to play the original resident evil three because I’ve never played it. I played the remake. It was all right, but I wanna play the original with the fix angles and the tank controls. Dont get me wrong. I like the remake control, but I wanna play the original resident evil 3 because I have never played it and I’ve been the resident evil fan since 2017 I think resident evil 7 is the first game I saw someone playing on KZbin and then revelations 2 was when I started to play the game though it wasn’t canon. It was the first resident evil game I got into the series with.

Yeah I still like RE2 1998 more than the remake but its just some nitpicks I have like the AB scenarios and a few things but the game is great. RE3 1999 however blows the remake out of the water. Better story, more enemies, multiple endings and decisions. Also get to explore more of Raccoon City. Most importantly, Nemesis is actually a real threat.

The PC Seamless HD versions with the Classic Rebirth patch from the fans is amazing work but I'm personally not a big fan of AI upscaling which they use. Although very unlikely, I'd like to see Capcom make the extra effort and do manual upscaling on both the backgrounds and character models. At the very least, just seeing the OG trilogy on modern platforms with achievements, display options, etc. will surely be better than nothing though!

Hopefully its a TRILOGY set and not Individual HD Remasters. That being said, I wont bother purchasing unless they include the UNCUT intro to say the least. It would be nice to include both Directors Cut and OG versions as well.

The original trilogy is now on GOG. But since it was GOG themselves that made this possible that likely rules out any console release of these ports or any trilogy remaster since that means Capcom had no plans themselves to do this trilogy.

Well, Resident Evil 1 remake was already on the Nintendo Switch console and.... every other ports to PC version. It's crazy how Capcom is milking the same things for the last 15 years

Classic 3 is my fav. The opening cutscene is argubly the best in the entire franchise, at least imo. But i can promise when you play og 3, youll hate 3 remake as i do.
