The finka knife was reproduced by the Russians from the puuko knives used by the Finnish for centuries prior to WW2. During the Russian - Finnish war, the puuko gained a reputation for being a good close combat knife as well as an overall tool. The Soviets took the design and added their own features of liking, making the first Russian combat knife, the NR-43. The first users were special units like the Spetsnaz who later on, would put it to good use against the German Wermacht.

Not a real military knife, the real knife was NR40. Not a cheap poorly made Chinese folding knife but a cheap poorly made Russian fixed blade knife.

Hi Sir, I have both finkas and both are originally and both from same guy from Russia (Pavlovo) I’m not sure how goes with shipping now, as both knives a bought before war. But I think shipping should be fine. You have to contact them.

This one is original, it’s made in Pavlovo. I can tell you name of the company that made it for me, I order through instagram but they have their you tube channel as well. Best regards
