If it is the same character from the vtuber lore. She saw her world be destroyed by the heroes that swore to protect it. My gesso is that she either was a sidekick or even the goddes that chose and empowered them. Anyway, she trusted them with their world/reality/dimension and maybe even heart, and they broke all of it into shards, who these former heroes where isnt relevant, only that they fell.

I remember several years ago you made an original song but while it was nice and I did enjoy it, I liked a lot of the covers better and that video didn't get as many likes as videos older than it. Back then I thought you had a great voice, but composing music was a bottleneck, which is nothing to be ashamed of since most of us can't do that either. A new decade has come and these are amazing. This is a great song. The beat doesn't hit as hard as Drink Your Light, instead the whole song takes a more melodic approach. Also, I wonder about Monarch's story hinted at in the lyrics. It would be really cool to get her full story, it has so much potential. Either through more songs, or even a novel. I'm a hobby writer myself, if you need anyone to write up something. ;)
