Souffle Recipe
Materials :
125 g butter
125 g dark chocolate
3 whole eggs
1 egg yolk
40 g of flour (on average half a tea cup)
80 g granulated sugar (slightly missing from 1 tea cup)
**The souffle is baked in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 13-15 minutes under Decontrol.
** Make sure that no water gets into it while making a double boiler.
** You can store the souffles you made in the refrigerator with the mouth closed for 4-5 days and cook them when necessary.
