Instead of just shapeshifting into them like the original Rewrite does, Rewrite Prime is extremely more powerful then the three of them allowing him to be able to bend them to his will. We see in his songs that the three have this Red Ring chinas on them, likely symbolizing they are trapped by him (this is just my working theory on Rewrite Primes Lore)

@@jonathanpierrelouis1267 Rewrite Prime is the original sonic of his world but he’s just god, he gets bored very very easily and at some point he wondered if he’s the only omnipotent person so he goes into the multiverse and meets other exes. Rewrite Prime saw Sonic EXE saying that he’s god and was like “ Ay, you like me fr?” then just fought him ( beating him with ease) before turning Sonic EXE into a ring and wore it on his wrist, then found Lord X, fought him and turned him into a ring and puts it on his other wrist. Then eventually he met Majin Sonic, funnily enough, when Rewrite prime met Majin he asked “Are you god?” And Majin said “…No?”, but still fought Majin and turned him into another ring but didn’t have any other wrist so he puts the ring on his ankle until he finds a solution (Rewrite Prime never found a solution). Majin and Sonic EXE tried to rebel and go ‘free’ only to realize Rewrite was messing with them and just said, in canon “Since you two are such good friends” then mixed them both together (This all happened in a single day btw)

Hey Nominal, big fan. I watched the stream where you talked about Rewrite PRIME's lore, and I just wanted to give my own take on the lore, as I personally like what I came up with. So, in the beginning, it's the same with Rewrite being not only the god of his universe but also the Sonic of it too. But in this take, Rewrite is actually content with his world and enjoys being Sonic the Hedgehog. He's not twisted in any way, he's just having fun. That is, until Sonic.exe suddenly shows up to take Rewrite's world for himself. Rewrite, being the god of his world, manages to defeat Sonic.exe and save his world and his friends. As a way to prevent him from doing any more harm, Rewrite turns exe into the first red ring and decides to wear it, almost like a trophy. However, unbeknownst to him, this ring, while also giving Rewrite additional power, begins to corrupt Rewrite with the same evil and malice that exe embodied. Soon after the fight, Rewrite realizes that if exe could travel across universes, then so could he. This normally wouldn't interest Rewrite too much, but the same desire to conquer and control other universes that brought Sonic.exe to his world soon overcame Rewrite. Rewrite would then come across a universe of a god of similar standing to Rewrite: Lord X's universe. There, Rewrite would encounter Lord X, and the hunger for power that belonged to Sonic.exe would influence Rewrite to take Lord X just as he did exe. After a close fight, Rewrite would succeed, and would acquire his second red ring. Just as how Sonic.exe influenced Rewrite, Lord X would affect Rewrite's mind as well, causing him to take on a similar malevolent, apathetic, and sadistically fun loving nature that Lord X held. Rewrite was now aware and understanding of his true power as well as the way of life itself. He now understood that all universes and lives return to void in the end, and that he could bring it all back and start it over again with his position as a god. But not just a god. He was likely one of the most powerful gods across all universes. But still, Rewrite wanted more, and, more specifically, he wanted to have FUN. He was fun loving before, but acquiring Lord X made him all the more eager for it. So, searching through universes, he eventually came across Majin. He was immediately intrigued by Majin's classic "Fun is infinite" way of life. Thus, Rewrite essentially went, "Infinite fun? That's perfect! G I M M E." And so he acquires Majin as the third red ring. However, since Majin isn't a malicious soul like exe and X, he actually ends up influencing Rewrite in a more positive way. Basically, Majin gives Rewrite the silliness and wackiness we often see him express in his tone and body movements, along with a more playful attitude. By now, Rewrite remembers that he still has his original universe to return to. There, he begins to sadistically play with the Tails, Knuckles, and Robotnik of that world, just as exe would. Now, despite the alterations to his mind over time, the original Rewrite still exists within him. He's just been repressed by the corruption from exe and X. However, when Rewrite acquired Majin, Majin allowed this part of Rewrite to resurface a bit. In a sense, Majin embodied the well meaning, fun loving, and optimistic intentions and morals that Rewrite, or Sonic, used to have. What I'm getting at here is that the fused Majin and Sonic.exe that we see in Falter Alters PRIME is symbolic of Rewrite's current condition. The cheerful and heroic Rewrite that once was is now mixed with the evil and malice that came from Sonic.exe, resulting in a horrific tragedy of a character being twisted and misshapen to the point of being barely recognizable from what they once were. The reason why Majin and Sonic.exe merge is because their souls just happen to be naturally attracted together (polar opposites attract like magnets) until they are forced to fuse with each other against their will. Rewrite is able to separate them, but can't stop them from merging again. Lord X, during all this, may seem to be more isolated from the rest, but he has been secretly influencing Rewrite as a means of trying to set everything back to normal. Lord X believed that if Rewrite discovered and acquired Majin, it may restore the good in Rewrite that Lord X saw in him the whole time. And while Majin was able to partially revive the original Rewrite, it wasn't enough. Now, Lord X's plan is for Rewrite PRIME to find another soul to become the fourth red ring, and, if the soul is good willed like Majin, it will hopefully be enough for the original Rewrite to regain consciousness and control over himself again, enough for Rewrite to take off the cursed rings and set the souls free. However, this plan has a 50/50 chance at working, since there's also the probability that the fourth ring will be that of another malicious soul, causing Rewrite PRIME to become irreversibly corrupt. Lord X recognizes this, but is still willing to go through with it anyway. I know that was a lot, but I think I was on to some potentially interesting ideas for the narrative that make Rewrite PRIME a bit more complex than just a carefree god that does everything just for the hell of it and because he can. Feel free to give any criticism, suggestions, or ask for clarification. I came up with this literally the night this song came out. I doubt what I came up with is perfect. I just thought it may or may not interest you, since I felt the current Rewrite PRIME lore could use a lil more depth. I understand if you just want to keep the current lore fairly simple and basic, but the aspiring writer in me just couldn't help but want to expand on the story.

Honestly? This is my favorite song you’ve made, Nominal. I’m not much of a fan of FNF songs in general (your stuff is still good though), so I tend to gravitate towards instrumental and lyrical songs of yours (Lost to Darkness instrumental comes to mind, along with Fly Into the Sky).
