Exactly my thoughts! I still remember seeing Brandon’s face on all the merchandise when Superman Returns first came out and I was confident he would carry the torch for many years to come. Too bad he only got 1 film and got swept under the rug pretty much :/ not counting his appearance as Kingdom Come Superman because as cool as it is he deserves so much better than CW

He was great. I still don't get why the film was considered a failure. It is a much better film than any of the Henry Caville films. I guess they wanted a video game Superman who got into massive fistfights. That all bored me.

Because it wasn't shot on film or in 4k, Superman Returns was shot digitally on an early Panavision Genesis camera in 1080p so technically the 4K information is not there for an upgrade.
