this may have been pointed out already but, if you miss the 3rd piece for the staff you don't have to ride the tank all the way around again. go to the second tank spot behind the room containing the ice disc and you can call the tank there, this saves you $500 and the time of waiting for the tank cool down. this is the method I use and it makes it that much easier.

The staff of lighting is the pro staff if your can’t survive high rounds then I recommend the fire or ice, but if you’re into challenging gameplay it’s a good one.

THIS IS A FIX FOR THE PIANO STEP THAT WORKED FOR ME: when the sparkles don’t disappear, shoot 3 of the purple triangles FROM THE UPPER ROW, after you have done that, shoot 1,3,6 - 5,7,3 - 2,4,6 and I didnt have to wait until the sparkling/singing disappeared.
