Fun nerd fact: thats actually Asokha's head. She is a Togruda species, and her unique "head piece" are called montrails. They are hollow, and aid in sensory input, allowing Togruda force users to be even more effective warriors, as can be seen both with Asokha and Jedi master Shak Ti. To me, the head piece reminds me of Padme's head piece from episode one :)

The 'star wars statue' looks more like padme amidala to me. Ahsoka tano's 'head dress' is actually parr of her head, they are called mantral or lekku, she is togruta and these help with sensing things in her environment, usually the older the togruta the longer the lekku but the growth can be stunted by things like stress.
